Engineering, end to end.
We take responsibility for outcomes, not tickets. Every engagement is led by senior engineers and grounded in architecture — from first design document to production operations.
Product Engineering
Full-lifecycle product development: system design, implementation, launch, and iteration. We build products meant to carry real load from day one — not prototypes that need rewriting at scale.
AI & Intelligent Systems
LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, and the infrastructure behind them: orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, and observability. We close the gap between an impressive demo and a system you can put in front of customers.
Cloud Architecture
Event-driven, serverless, and distributed systems designed for scale, reliability, and cost. We design for the failure modes first, then make the happy path fast.
Enterprise Modernization
Legacy systems re-architected into maintainable, cloud-native platforms — incrementally, without stopping the business. Strangler patterns, event backbones, and migration paths that de-risk each step.
Engineering Consulting
Direct access to the senior engineers behind our technology — for architecture reviews, technical strategy, due diligence, and the problems your team is stuck on. Consulting here means engineers, not slide decks.
Developer Platforms
Internal platforms, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, and developer infrastructure that multiply your engineering team's output. Good tooling is leverage — we build it like a product.

ARCHITECTURE-FIRSTCommon questions
FAQHow do you engage — project, embedded, or advisory?
Three ways: project delivery (we design and ship a system end to end), embedded engineering (senior engineers join your team for a defined period), and technical advisory (architecture reviews and hands-on guidance on your hardest problems). Every engagement is led by senior engineers.
Who actually does the work — how senior is the team?
Senior engineers only. There are no junior hand-offs and no slide-deck consultants — the people who scope your system are the people who build it.
What does a project look like from start to finish?
Four phases: Discover (understand the system and its constraints), Architect (a written design reviewed before any code), Build (production-grade implementation), and Operate (observability and reliability). Architecture comes before code, always.
How fast will I hear back, and how do we start?
Tell us what you're building — a paragraph is enough. A senior engineer reads every inquiry and replies within two business days, usually with an architecture conversation followed by a scoped, written proposal.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is scoped to each engagement. After an initial architecture conversation, you receive a written proposal covering approach, architecture direction, team, and timeline — so you can weigh cost against the actual work before committing.
Can you share client work or references?
Our client engagements are anonymized under NDA — the case studies on our Work page are real projects described at the pattern level. We can walk through relevant work in a call.
